MVS “Mercury”

Complete switchgears MVS “Mercury” with vacuum circuit breakers (hereinafter KRU) are designed to receive and distribute electrical energy of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz with a voltage of 6 ÷ 10 kV in networks with an isolated or grounded neutral through an arc suppression reactor or resistor.

The design feature of the “Mercury” switchgear is the location of the busbars in the upper rear part of the cabinet and the placement of the cassette pull-out element in its middle part, the compartment for cable or bus connections under it. Thanks to this architecture of the switchgear construction, the useful volume of the connection compartment is increased, and free access to it from the front side is provided, which makes it possible to switch to one-sided operational and maintenance services for all functional types of cabinets.
