Processing of Personal data

This agreement on the processing of personal data has been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

By joining this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) and leaving your data on the site https://ent39.ru/en/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site), by filling in the fields of the feedback forms and placing an order, the User agrees to the processing of his personal data and their transfer to the personal data processing operator who owns the Site, on the following conditions.

User:

1. confirms that all data specified by him belongs to him personally;
2. confirms and acknowledges that he has carefully read the Agreement and the conditions for processing his personal data indicated in the form fields in full feedback and ordering, the text of the Agreement and the conditions for processing personal data are clear to him;
3. expresses Consent to the processing of personal data without reservations and restrictions (hereinafter referred to as the Consent). The moment of acceptance of the Consent is marking the appropriate field in the Form and clicking on the submit button of the Form on any page of the Site;
4. confirms that by giving Consent, he acts freely, of his own free will and in his own interest. </ li>

This Consent is given to the processing of personal data both without the use of automation tools, and with their use.

Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data of the User specified by the User in the forms or in files attached to the forms: </ span >

• last name, first name, patronymic;
• contact information, including but not limited to: addresses, phone numbers, e-mail; </ li>
• other personal data of the User necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in this agreement.

Data collected automatically:

• IP address, cookie details;
• information about the User’s browser, technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User
• date and time of access to the site, URLs of the requested pages and other similar information.

The grounds for processing personal data are: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data “With additions and changes.

The purpose of processing personal data is their storage and use, for the following purposes:

• responses to User requests (full name and email address are used);
• informing the User about the status of his orders, as well as sending marketing and newsletters;
• fulfillment of obligations to provide services;
• analysis of the quality of the service provided and improving the quality of customer service;
• identification of the participant in the loyalty program; ensuring the procedure for recording the use of bonuses;
• customer identification;
• generating statistics and conducting marketing analysis.

By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User fully agrees that the processing of his personal data includes the following actions: collection, recording , systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (provision of access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as performing any other actions with the User’s personal data, taking into account the current legislation of the Russian Federation …

The Operator undertakes not to transfer the information received from the User to third parties. Providing information by the Operator to agents and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Operator to fulfill obligations to the User and only within the framework of agreements is not considered a violation. It is not considered a violation of this paragraph for the Operator to transfer data about the User to third parties in an impersonal form for the purpose of evaluating and analyzing the work of the Site, analyzing the purchasing characteristics of the User and providing personal recommendations.

The consent can be withdrawn by the User or his representative by sending a written statement to the Operator by e-mail.

The user accepts the cookie policy used on the Site and agrees to receive information about the IP address and other information about his activity on the Site. This information is not used to identify the User.

When processing personal data, the operator takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, and also from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.

The operator has the right to amend this Agreement at any time. When changes are made in the current edition, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
